Bargaining Update – Day 8

     Today marks Day 8 of negotiations for our new contract. We began discussions with the company on economic proposals, marking an important step in the process. Our first proposal is for a 3¼-year agreement, designed to provide stability and continued progress for our members.

     We still have a lot of work ahead, but our bargaining team remains committed to securing the best possible contract. With the guidance of our International Representatives, we’ve identified additional opportunities for improvements and benefits that we can incorporate into our proposals.
