UAW Local 1821 Bargaining Committee Gears Up for Negotiations

UAW Local 1821 is ready and energized as our Bargaining Committee prepares to officially begin negotiations with Lockheed Martin of Ocala on Monday, October 6th, 2025. After months of preparation and hard work, our team is more determined than ever to fight for a fair and strong contract that reflects the value of our members' work and the contributions we make every single day.
Last week, our committee met briefly with company representatives to hear their initial thoughts on job descriptions. While that conversation was just the beginning, our eyes are set firmly on the priorities that matter most to our membership — job security, fair compensation, safe working conditions, and respect on the job.

Charlie Coneeny (President), Matthew Wypyszinski (Off Shift Committee Rep), Craig Stout (Regional Rep), Lee Womble (Test and Receiving Inspection Committee Rep), Jessica Miller (Manufacturing Committee Rep), Jorge Rodriguez (International Rep).
