About Us

UAW LOCAL 2383 represents the production and Technical associates of Martinrea Shelbyville. We are a members driven organization where the members are the union. We are continuously improving the workplace by educating our members and effectively articulating the needs of the membership to the company leaders. We adhere to the democratic principals of our UAW Constitution and our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). We utilize the full voice of our membership through the ballot box.
