FREE Self-Defense Class hosted by the Community Service Committee.

Bring your family and children for an afternoon focused on safety, confidence, and personal awareness.

*Learn basic self-defense techniques

*Build confidence and self-esteem

*Gain skills to help deal with bullying and everyday challenges

*Open to members and their families and friends.

This event is not about promoting violence. Our goal is to equip our families, especially our children, with the tools and confidence they need to navigate the world safely and responsibly.

*Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided.

*Please wear comfortable clothing so you can fully participate in the class.
