Dane Alexander - Rec Chairperson at Greensboro HVC

Dane Alexander is the proud father of two daughters McKenzie, and Skylar. He has been employed with Ford Motor Company since 1999. Dane has chaired our Recreation Committee since 2003 at the Greensboro HVC. 

He created a store for the employees to be able to purchase drinks and snacks during the shift and all proceeds are contributed to our annual Christmas Cheer. Christmas Cheer is a voluntary program where two underprivileged families are chosen with the help of a local non- profit organization. Dane spearheads the program where he collects and delivers goods to the families that were purchased by the membership and the proceeds from the store. He also does popcorn fundraisers throughout the year to aid in this event. Dane has participated in every quality project at the facility.  Most noticeably with the Omni craft project and relocating stock within the facility. Dane was also able to save the company over 30,000 due to a part that was allocated to our facility incorrectly. He is a PMHV trainer who is responsible for the development of our workforce to be able to operate machinery safely. Dane and his family are proud members of Evangel Fellowship Church of Greensboro NC where they volunteer their time at the church during events and functions. Dane’s contributions are done willingly and with passion. 

He would be a great recipient for the Andre Green Ambassador of quality award.
