UAW Local 2069 Update 9/20

I wanted to reach out to 2069 to let you know that Volvo has made the decision to repair trucks at Plant 2 WITHOUT the blessing of your Local leadership. We were told that they could not find the floorspace for additional stalls, and that the 6700 had to get to the Dealers for inventory to be sold.  We made several suggestions to the Company on ways to help with this problem because our Local understands the need to sell these trucks, but the Company decided to move trucks to Plant 2.
