How to Earn Healthy People Rewards

• Complete the Health Assessment by 7/31/2024
• Complete a biometric screening by 7/31/2024

Step 1:

• Register and complete health assessment

Go to: https://www.webmdhealth.com/volvogroup/

• Everyone will create a new account. Just click "Sign Up"
• Connection Code: Volvo
• Register you WebMD account on or after April 1st

Step 2:

• Please make an appointment at the onsite medical clinic to schedule your screening or go to any outside provider of your choice with a Health Care Provider Form. Forms can be downloaded from the WebMD website.
• Onsite screening schedule coming soon

Step 3:

• Complete the tobacco pledge in the health assessment. 
• *Tobacco users: To earn the reduced medical plan rate you must complete three tobacco health coaching calls by 7/31/2024. Call 1-800-777-5307 to schedule your sessions or register on the WebMD website.

All items must be completed by 7/31/2024 to earn any rewards.
